Do I need a lot of clothes to book a session?+
Not at all! Whether you have a full closet or just a few pieces, I work with what you have. My job is to help you see the potential in your existing wardrobe and identify exactly what's missing. Many clients are surprised by how much they can do with what they already own.
Do you style all body types?+
Absolutely yes. HerStyleVault is for every woman regardless of size, shape, or body type. My approach is always body-positive and focused on what makes you feel confident and like your best self.
Is the consultation really free?+
Yes — completely free and no commitment required. The consultation is a 30-minute call for us to connect, discuss your style goals, and find the right package for you. You only pay if you decide to move forward after the call.
What if I have a Pinterest board or vision board?+
Please share it! You can paste your Pinterest board link directly in the intake form or email any inspiration images to hello@herstylevault.com. The more visual references you share the better I can understand your style vision before our consultation.
Which package includes the in-person shopping trip?+
The in-person shopping trip is exclusive to The Full Reveal package only. Session 5 of The Full Reveal is your 2-hour personal shopping trip where I guide you through every store and every decision. The Unlock and The Vault Edit include a personalized shopping list with sourced links instead.
How much should I budget for new clothes?+
There's no set minimum — we discuss your clothing budget during the consultation call and I build your shopping recommendations around whatever feels comfortable for you. I source options across all price ranges from budget-friendly to investment pieces.
How many sessions are included in each package?+
The Unlock includes 3 sessions, The Vault Edit includes 4 sessions, and The Full Reveal includes 5 sessions — plus a free consultation for all packages. Sessions are spaced at least 1 week apart. Additional sessions are available for $50/hr.
Can first-time clients book add-ons as standalone services?+
The Seasonal Lookbook and Occasion Edit are available to first-time clients bundled with a package only — not as standalone services. Standalone add-ons become available after your first completed booking, once we've built your style profile together. This ensures every curation I deliver is done with full confidence in your style identity.
What are Vault Exclusives?+
Vault Exclusives — Full Custom Curation and Capsule Wardrobe Build — are a separate tier of services available exclusively to clients who have completed 3 or more package bookings. They cannot be bundled with a package and are not available to first-time clients. They require a depth of style knowledge that only comes from our work together.
When is final payment due?+
Full payment must be received before your final session. Nothing is delivered until payment is complete. A payment plan is available for The Full Reveal package and for anyone booking 2 or more add-ons — structured as 50% deposit, 25% before Session 2, and final 25% before your last session.
How long until I receive my style guide?+
Your personalized style guide and outfit lookbook will be delivered within 1–2 weeks after your final session. If you have an event or deadline coming up please mention it during your consultation and I'll do my best to accommodate.
Do you offer refunds?+
All sales are final. My portfolio showcases exactly the quality and style of work you can expect — you'll know what you're getting before you book. If you have any concerns please reach out before booking and I'm happy to answer your questions.
Is my session information kept private?+
Absolutely. Your session details, personal information, and photos are never shared publicly without your explicit written permission. Your privacy and comfort are a top priority at HerStyleVault.

Travel Policy
Free travel: Within 1 hour — Northern MA, Greater Boston, and Southern NH
Travel fee: +$25 for distances between 1–2.5 hours
Beyond 2.5 hours: Case by case — inquire during consultation
Travel fees are added to your invoice and must be paid with your deposit
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations 48+ hours before your session: deposit can be applied to a future session within 30 days
Cancellations less than 48 hours before: deposit is forfeited
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance
HerStyleVault reserves the right to reschedule due to emergencies with at least 24 hours notice
Missed Sessions
⚠️ Sessions missed without any prior contact will result in a charge. Please communicate — life happens, but no-shows affect scheduling for all clients.
If a session is missed with no contact, a $15 charge will be applied per session missed
If a session is rescheduled but still missed after the first 2 sessions, a $30 charge will be applied
Each additional missed session beyond that will incur an additional $15 charge per occurrence
Communication is key — please reach out as early as possible if you need to reschedule. These fees are in place to respect everyone's time and ensure the best experience for all clients.

Why can't first-time clients book these services?+
To deliver a Full Custom Curation or Capsule Wardrobe Build at the level these services demand, I need to know you — your body, how you carry yourself, your lifestyle, your instincts. That knowledge is built through our sessions together and cannot be replaced by a form. Offering these to someone I haven't worked with yet would mean delivering something generic. That's not what HerStyleVault does.
Do I need a consultation before booking a Vault Exclusive?+
No. Vault Exclusives are reserved for returning clients, which means we've already done that work. Once you book you'll receive a personalized intake form within 48 hours to capture your vision for the project — and we go from there.
What if I need it sooner than the minimum lead time?+
Rush bookings are available with an additional fee — $35 for Full Custom Curation if under 3 weeks, and $50 for Capsule Wardrobe Build if under 5 weeks. Rush availability is not guaranteed and must be confirmed at booking.
What does the optional session add-on include?+
The optional session ($25) is a virtual touchpoint where we connect before I finalize your delivery — to refine direction, review inspiration, or make adjustments. For Full Custom the session must be at least 1 week before your due date. For Capsule Wardrobe at least 2 weeks before. Sessions via Google Meet, FaceTime, or Zoom.
When is payment due for Vault Exclusives?+
A 50% deposit is due within 48 hours of booking to confirm your spot. Your booking is not secured until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due before your requested delivery date — or before your optional session if one is added.
Can I book both Vault Exclusives at the same time?+
