That understanding is built through our sessions together. It cannot be rushed, assumed, or replaced by a form. These services are reserved for clients who have already been through the process because that is the only way I can deliver them at the level they deserve.

Think of this as your own personalized mini online store — curated entirely around your body, lifestyle, budget, and aesthetic. Versatile key pieces that mix and match for 30+ combinations, every single one sourced and delivered with intention. This is not a generic capsule. This is yours.

Book Any Package
Start with The Unlock, The Vault Edit, or The Full Reveal. Any package counts toward your Vault Exclusive eligibility.

Complete 3 Bookings
Once you have completed 3 package bookings — any combination — Vault Exclusives become available to you.

Book Your Exclusive
Choose your service, book directly, and receive your personalized intake form within 48 hours. We take it from there.
Vault Exclusives cannot be booked alongside a package and are not available as add-ons. They exist as their own tier entirely. If you are unsure of your eligibility please reach out to hello@herstylevault.com before booking.
A Note on Add-Ons
What's Available & When
The Seasonal Lookbook and Occasion Edit are available bundled with any package for first-time clients, or as standalone services for returning clients after their first completed booking. Full Custom Curation and Capsule Wardrobe Build are Vault Exclusives only — never bundled, never available to first-time clients. This distinction exists to protect the quality of what I deliver to you.

Why can't first-time clients book these services?+
To deliver a Full Custom Curation or Capsule Wardrobe Build at the level these services demand, I need to know you — your body, how you carry yourself, your lifestyle, your instincts. That knowledge is built through our sessions together and cannot be replaced by a form. Offering these to someone I haven't worked with yet would mean delivering something generic. That's not what HerStyleVault does.
Do I need a consultation before booking a Vault Exclusive?+
No. Vault Exclusives are reserved for returning clients, which means we've already done that work. Once you book you'll receive a personalized intake form within 48 hours to capture your vision for the project — and we go from there.
What if I need it sooner than the minimum lead time?+
Rush bookings are available with an additional fee — $35 for Full Custom Curation if under 3 weeks, and $50 for Capsule Wardrobe Build if under 5 weeks. Rush availability is not guaranteed and must be confirmed at booking.
What does the optional session add-on include?+
The optional session ($25) is a virtual touchpoint where we connect before I finalize your delivery — to refine direction, review inspiration, or make adjustments. For Full Custom the session must be at least 1 week before your due date. For Capsule Wardrobe at least 2 weeks before. Sessions via Google Meet, FaceTime, or Zoom.
When is payment due for Vault Exclusives?+
A 50% deposit is due within 48 hours of booking to confirm your spot. Your booking is not secured until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due before your requested delivery date — or before your optional session if one is added.
Can I book both Vault Exclusives at the same time?+
Please reach out to hello@herstylevault.com before booking both simultaneously so we can align timelines and ensure both projects receive the full attention they deserve.
