Please read these policies carefully before booking. By submitting your intake form and proceeding with a session you agree to the terms outlined below.

At HerStyleVault every client receives my full, undivided attention. These guidelines aren't just rules — they're how I protect the quality of your experience. Styling is not a rushed process. Each session, each curated look, each sourced piece is done with intention and care. That's why I ask you to book with your timeline in mind, communicate openly, and trust the process. When you invest in HerStyleVault, I invest everything I have into making sure you leave feeling like the most elevated version of yourself.

Every new client begins with a complimentary 30-minute consultation call. No obligation, no payment required.
  • Book your consultation through the Calendly link provided after your intake form is submitted
  • Please complete your intake form before the consultation so I can review your information beforehand
  • Share your Pinterest board or any style inspiration in your intake form or via email before the call
Add-On Availability

Add-ons are available to clients based on their booking history with HerStyleVault.
  • First-time clients: Seasonal Lookbook and Occasion Edit are available bundled with a package only — not as standalone services
  • Returning clients (after 1st completed booking): Seasonal Lookbook and Occasion Edit are available bundled or as standalone services
  • Seasonal Lookbook minimum lead time: 2 weeks · Rush fee: +$20
  • Occasion Edit minimum lead time: 2 weeks · Rush fee: +$25
  • Both add-ons together: 3 week minimum lead time · Rush fee: +$45
Vault Exclusives

Full Custom Curation and Capsule Wardrobe Build are Vault Exclusive services — a separate tier available only to clients who have completed 3 or more package bookings.
  • Vault Exclusives cannot be booked alongside a package and are not available as add-ons
  • No consultation required — a personalized intake form is sent within 48 hours of booking
  • Full Custom Curation: $115 · Minimum 3 week lead time · Rush fee +$35 if under 3 weeks
  • Capsule Wardrobe Build: $95 · Minimum 5–6 week lead time · Rush fee +$50 if under 5 weeks
  • Optional session add-on: $25 per session
  • Full Custom session must be booked at least 1 week before the delivery due date
  • Capsule Wardrobe session must be booked at least 2 weeks before the delivery due date
  • 50% deposit due within 48 hours of booking · Remaining balance due before delivery date or optional session
Sessions & Scheduling

  • The Unlock: 3 sessions total
  • The Vault Edit: 4 sessions total
  • The Full Reveal: 5 sessions total (Session 5 is the in-person shopping trip — exclusive to this package)
  • Sessions are scheduled at least 1 week apart minimum
  • All sessions must be completed within 90 days of your deposit — life happens, so reach out if you need more time and we'll figure it out together
  • You'll book each next session directly with me after your current one wraps — sessions aren't all scheduled upfront
  • Additional sessions available for $50/hr for all packages
  • Please book with your deadline in mind — the process takes time and cannot be rushed
Deposits & Payment

⚠️ A 50% deposit invoice will be sent within 48 hours of your consultation call. Payment must be received within 48 hours to secure your session dates. If not received your dates will be released and the booking cancelled.
  • If you wish to rebook after a missed deposit deadline the full deposit is required upfront — no exceptions
  • Full payment must be received before your final session — nothing is delivered without complete payment
  • Payment methods accepted: Zelle, PayPal, Cash
  • Clients are responsible for all clothing purchases — HerStyleVault sources and curates but does not purchase items on your behalf
Refund Policy

  • All sales are final — deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances
  • No refunds will be issued after your styling session has taken place
  • If you have concerns about deliverables please email hello@herstylevault.com within 48 hours of receiving your style guide
  • The $40 Signature Style Report (Vault Digitals) is a digital product delivered instantly — all sales are final due to instant delivery
Style Guide Delivery

Your style guide and lookbook will be delivered within 1–2 weeks after your final session and full payment is received.

Travel Policy

  • Free travel: Within 1 hour — Northern MA, Greater Boston, and Southern NH
  • Travel fee: +$25 for distances between 1–2.5 hours
  • Beyond 2.5 hours: Case by case — inquire during consultation
  • Travel fees are added to your invoice and must be paid with your deposit
Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations 48+ hours before your session: deposit can be applied to a future session within 30 days
  • Cancellations less than 48 hours before: deposit is forfeited
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance
  • HerStyleVault reserves the right to reschedule due to emergencies with at least 24 hours notice
Missed Sessions

⚠️ Sessions missed without any prior contact will result in a charge. Please communicate — life happens, but no-shows affect scheduling for all clients.
  • 1st missed session with no contact: $15 charge
  • 2nd missed session with no contact: $30 charge
  • 3rd missed session and every missed session after that: $50 charge each
Communication is key — please reach out as early as possible if you need to reschedule. These fees are in place to respect everyone's time and ensure the best experience for all clients.
Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Your session details, personal information, and photos are never shared publicly without your explicit written permission
  • Before and after photos used for portfolio purposes will only be posted with your written consent
  • Your information is never sold or shared with third parties
